All of us want to have a happy life. No one wakes up in the morning thinking "I hope I will be miserable today". Many of us think that happiness is dependent on external situations like possessions, status and pleasures. Name
I saw Sam off and on for a number of years. The reasons changed but because I trusted her I always cherished having someone in the world I could call upon when I needed a bit of support and clarity. Sam is very caring and down to earth. I have always felt like she has my back. I have learnt a lot and my life is certainly more manageable and enjoyable now. Thank you.

Thank you Sam for your help this past year. When I look back to how I was when I first arrived in your office, I can’t believe how different I feel. You were a real rock for me in such a difficult time in my life. I continue to remember things you have said and they help me to keep a positive mindset. I was so nervous about coming to therapy but you were so caring and professional and I felt able to tell you all my thoughts and feelings no matter how weird and confusing. I always felt able to tell you anything and you never seemed surprised or shocked. I really appreciate everything you have done for me.
