Holistic Treatment Packages

Covers Depression, Anxiety, Workplace Stress 

12 Hour Package Over 10 Weeks

This course is over 10 weeks. During this time you will learn and receive;

An initial 2 hour assessment session

This includes: your history, family history, your current symptoms, an assessment questionnaire, an assessment scale,(which we will continue to use so you can see your progress), an assessment of your safety needs( and a safety plan if necessary including the appropriate support).
Some appropriate strategies to immediately make a difference in how you feel and a sense of control and understanding.

10 weekly sessions that are either one or one and quarter hours long

Referral / recommendation to any appropriate professionals or services that will also help you in a holistic treatment approach. This includes; holistic medical doctors for complete blood screening to identify any underlying causes of depression or any other health issues.

If you don’t want to use medication, in collaboration with your holistic medical doctor, you will be given supplement and nutritional recommendations that is proven to be as successful as medication when combined with your recommended lifestyle chart.

A mindfulness programme where you will learn and practice some mindfulness techniques that will help you establish a practice.

Cognitive Behavioural strategies, that will become lifetime strategies for you to call upon and employ when you need them

A lifestyle chart to help you track and record daily and weekly activities to help keep you motivated

Resources, links, book recommendations, handouts.

To understand your communication style and learn some simple and effective communication techniques

Identify and release any underlying negative or sabotaging beliefs

Raise your levels of emotional awareness/emotional intelligence

Develop a stance of compassion towards yourself

An opportunity for a couples session if appropriate/desired

A combination of psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, coaching, neural psychology, positive psychology, NLP techniques and EMDR approaches/techniques.

As we are all unique individuals, your programme is also tailored to meet your particular needs and personality.

I guarantee that you will:

  • Feel better after the first session and have a clear path forward out of your struggle with depression.
  • Come to understand depression symptoms, particularly how they affect you, your triggers and then develop some life long strategies to help you prevent another depressive episode , to identify the on set of one or to alleviate it and get back on track quickly if you do have another bout of it.
  • To have your confidentiality upheld.
  • To receive a professional, effective and caring service.
  • To have a safe place to come each week and be however you are free of judgement.
